Reservations for 2 in May for Anniversary

Hi there. My first anniversary is coming up and I've got a trip to Napa all planned. My wife is a foodie and has been dying to go to French Laundry. The last two nights I was on OpenTable at midnight trying for an opening, and both times in refreshes less than a second apart it went from "Your requested date exceeds the maximum advance reservation limit" to "no reservations currently available". I have a hard time believing that it's even possible to get a table with OpenTable.

If anyone can provide any help it would be greatly appreciated! We can make reservations any time on Friday May 18th, Saturday May 19th, Sunday May 20th, or Monday May 21st.
