As proof that it is possible to succeed with just one person dialing on just one phone... I was able to make a 10/16 lunch reservation for 2 this morning! Using my cell phone, I got through at about 10:20 a.m. PDT (by which time they were fully booked for dinner). Many thanks to Aren and the other forum posters for sharing your tips and advice
